The first generation Rollermac cookers were designed and created by the founder Ariberto Romanò for the production of nougat.

Subsequently, thanks to the experience gained, a patent was developed for multifunction cookers with motion from below and capable of reaching high temperatures, allowing the production of cereal bars, caramel, crunchy, jams and much more besides nougat.

The latest generation Rollermac cookers can be inserted both in laboratories for small productions and in continuous cycle industrial realities for large productions.
