WHO WE ARE

With over forty years of experience in the confectionery industry, Rollermac Boscolo offers machinery for processing nuts, specializing from the outset in the production of nougat, integrating cutting and roasting systems. At the same time, they added machines for starch and silicone sweets, thanks to the experience of founder Adiberto Romanò.
After a few years, patented pans and praline machines for coating individual nuts with chocolate and sugar were also added. In recent years, they have also integrated multifunctional cookers for producing caramel, jams, dulce de leche, and foodservice preparations such as sauces, tufas, braised meats, pastes, rice, creams, and the like.
Since May 2024, thanks to a change in ownership, Rollermac Boscolo has had a showroom just a few kilometers from Malpensa Airport, offering machine trials and hosting events with leading pastry chefs in the industry.

OUR PRODUCTS

NOUGAT MACHINES

Rollercook models are cookers designed to make nougat production quick and easy, without the need for planetary mixers to whip egg whites or induction cookers to cook honey and sugar.

For over ten years, Rollermac Boscolo has patented the PLUS system, which allows for automatic product unloading via the automatic tilting of the bowl, controlled directly by the PLC, as well as the adjustment of the bowl's heating temperature.

Along with the nougat machines, which can produce both soft and hard nougat, you can also combine them with the Rollercut_MINI and Rollercut_TXS countertop cutters.

COOKERS

ROLLERCHEF multifunctional cookers represent innovation not only in the world of pastry making but also in the restaurant industry, reducing cooking times and creating all kinds of recipes.
Jams, creams, ganaches, caramels, risottos, and sauces are just some of the products you can create with Rollermac Boscolo technology.

PANNING MACHINES

Rollermac Boscolo's wide range of coating pans can meet every need, from small pastry shops to large laboratories, from the most compact top tables to the 100 and 200 kg/h industrial versions. Starting with the 15 kg model, we offer our patented ROLLERSPRAY spraying system, which automates production by coating traditional products, those with irregular surfaces, and small sizes, allowing for precise dosing down to the gram. Furthermore, manual unloading will no longer be necessary; the patented PLUS automatic tipping system allows the product to be unloaded in a single operation, making production increasingly automated.

PRALINES MACHINES

The ROLLERSWEET pralines machines allow you to create sugar and savory coatings using whole or smaller nuts. Thanks to the gas heating system, the production cycle takes 25-30 minutes, and the flame power is easily adjusted, eliminating any waiting times during the coating process. For those who cannot use gas in their workshops, Rollermac Boscolo also offers electric models with capacities of 1.5 and 8 kg per production cycle.

ROASTER

Thanks to the development of its roasters, Rollermac Boscolo subsequently introduced professional roasters for roasting nuts. The catalog offers three production capacities:
 

- 5kg with the Rollerroast_5
- 35kg with the Rollerroast_35
- 100kg with the Rollerroast_100

- 250kg with the Rollerroast_250

 

Our roasting system is ideal for roasting pistachios, maintaining their original green color while preventing them from browning.

The latest innovation is MAGMA, the new 35kg infrared roaster that includes the ability to heat, toast, cool and peel nuts and cocoa beans.

PROTEIN BARS

Starting with nougat production lines, Rollermac Boscolo has developed a specific cooker for baking dough for cereal, protein, granola, and other bars, with the Rollercrunch model available in two production capacities: 30 and 60 kg.
 

For more industrial production, we offer extrusion systems or continuous lamination systems with, at the exit, chocolate enrobing lines with CLIMATICO cooling tunnels and/or RUBIO flow packers for packaging.

JELLY MACHINES

ROLLERCANDY candy depositormachine automates the production of jelly sweets thanks to a heated hopper where the sugar syrup is added and kept liquid. Rollermac Boscolo offers two models: ROLLERCANDY40 for artisanal production and ROLLERCANDY150 for more industrial production. For hard candies and nougatine, Rollermac Boscolo's latest innovation is the ROLLERCANDYFORM, a handcrafted twin-cylinder extruder for forming individual units.
