Rollermac roasters equipped with a double-walle cylinder and an integrated cooking system in several phases, allow a homogeneous roasting of the product. In addition, the inspection door allows control the roasting of the product during cooking. At the end of the production cycle, roaster rises thanks to a pneumatic system, facilitating the discharge of the finished product. Finally, the cooling of the product can be facilitated with the addition of the rotary cooling unit.
