The Rollermac roasters equipped with a double-walled cylinder and with an integrated cooking system in several stages, allow a homogeneous roasting of the product.
In addition, the inspection door allows to check the roasting of the product during cooking.
At the end of the production cycle, the roaster is raised thanks to a pneumatic system facilitating the unloading of the finished product. Finally, the cooling of the product can be facilitated with the addition of the impeller.
Production capacity: from 10 kg to 100 kg per work cycle.
