The first generation Rollermac cookers were designed and created by the founder Ariberto Romanò for the production of nougat.

Subsequently, thanks to the experience acquired and the desire to satisfy the different production needs, the second generation led by Dario Romanò develops and patents the multifunction cookers with motion from below and able to reach high temperatures, thus allowing to produce in addition to nougat also caramel, jams, jelly candies and much more.

Thanks to their versatility, the latest generation Rollermac cookers can be used both in laboratories for small productions and in continuous cycle industrial realities for large productions.
