Who we are
With over forty years of experience in the confectionery industry, Rollermac Boscolo offers machinery for processing nuts, specializing from the outset in the production of nougat, integrating cutting and roasting systems. At the same time, they added machines for starch and silicone sweets, thanks to the experience of founder Adiberto Romanò.
After a few years, patented pans and praline machines for coating individual nuts with chocolate and sugar were also added. In recent years, they have also integrated multifunctional cookers for producing caramel, jams, dulce de leche, and foodservice preparations such as sauces, tufas, braised meats, pastes, rice, creams, and the like.
Since May 2024, thanks to a change in ownership, Rollermac Boscolo has had a showroom just a few kilometers from Malpensa Airport, offering machine trials and hosting events with leading pastry chefs in the industry.
