ROLLERROAST 5
A small roaster, perfect for laboratories, pastry shops, and bean-to-bar producers, with a 5kg/h capacity for roasting hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios, and cocoa beans.
The product is added via the hopper into the internal cylinder, which is composed of two walls: a perforated inner wall and a closed outer wall to better mix the product and prevent heat loss during cooking. Below is a direct-contact gas burner, allowing the operator to adjust the temperature during the various cooking phases: from the touchscreen, the operator can select the "PRE-HEATING" phase to prepare the internal chamber of the cylinder for the raw product. Once added, the operator can then move on to the "HEATING" phase, where the flavor can be varied.
Once cooking is complete, the operator can start the unloading phase from the touchscreen by tilting the roaster, emptying the cylinder of product without leaving any residue inside. The software will include a recipe storage system where you can save the parameters, avoiding having to enter them manually each time.
