ROASTER
Thanks to the development of its nougat roasters, Rollermac Boscolo subsequently introduced professional roasters for roasting nuts.
The catalog offers three production capacities:
- 5kg with the Rollerroast_5
- 35kg with the Rollerroast_35
- 100kg with the Rollerroast_100
The two larger models can be equipped with a cooling carousel, which allows for progressively lowering the cooking temperature without altering the product's cooking process. The PLC can set the "pre-heating" parameters to heat the internal chamber to the desired temperature at which to add the raw nuts. Once added, the "heating" phase begins, where the cooking temperature and the speed of the internal cylinder are controlled.
Our roasting system is ideal for roasting pistachios, maintaining their original green color while preventing them from browning. In the two larger models equipped with cooling carousels, the product can be unloaded by giving a command directly from the touchscreen, where the roaster tilts and unloads the product into the carousel mouth. This system prevents skin residue from remaining inside the cylinder, thus preventing damage to new production cycles.
The cooling carousels are equipped with internal paddles with scrapers to mix the product and gradually lower its temperature.
