With more than 1,100 bean-to-bar chocolate producers worldwide using our machinery, we offer small-scale to medium-to-large-capacity production lines for cocoa bean processing. From roasting with MAGMA, the new infrared roaster, to separation into nibs using NINJA nibs, and pre-refined paste with GRINDGO, we finish refining with a choice of stone mills or ball mills. We are the only company in the industry to offer both refining systems, giving customers complete choice based on their production preferences. The Kleego conching system allows you to manage the acidity level of the chocolate and can also be used to store melted chocolate. Once the process is complete, our tempering machines can be used for shaping and enrobing products, including cooling with CLIMA and CLIMATICO.
