Bean to Bar Line

With more than 1,100 bean-to-bar chocolate producers worldwide using our machinery, we offer small-scale to medium-to-large-capacity production lines for cocoa bean processing. From roasting with MAGMA, the new infrared roaster, to separation into nibs using NINJA nibs, and pre-refined paste with GRINDGO, we finish refining with a choice of stone mills or ball mills. We are the only company in the industry to offer both refining systems, giving customers complete choice based on their production preferences. The Kleego conching system allows you to manage the acidity level of the chocolate and can also be used to store melted chocolate. Once the process is complete, our tempering machines can be used for shaping and enrobing products, including cooling with CLIMA and CLIMATICO.

Spreadable Production Line

Production lines for spreadable creams made with pistachios, hazelnuts, almonds, cashews, and similar nuts. Starting with the roasting stage, you can choose between the traditional gas-fired ROLLERROAST model and the new MAGMA infrared roaster. You can then move directly to the refining stage with the GRINDGO or TAO range ball mills, depending on your production capacity. Once recovered, the finished product is added to the hopper of the DROPPER, our countertop filler with an integrated conveyor belt.

Protein bars Line

Although Rollermac Boscolo has focused solely on industrial production, the ROLLERDRAGO lamination system will allow nut-based doughs to be extruded, extruding dense doughs at high temperatures, transporting the product directly to the longitudinal and cross-cutting machines. The outfeed conveyor will direct the finished product to the FBM enrobing line. The dough will be baked in ROLLERCRUNCH cookers, where the product will be cooked. Rubio will also allow individual products to be packaged.
