Roaster for roasting dried fruit such as almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts and various grains.
From the hopper, the raw product is discharged directly into the cooking cylinder.
Special deflectors, interspersed in the cylinder, ensure adequate mixing of the raw material. The roasting phase takes place with gradual uniformity, a timed aspirator allows the expulsion of the roasting fumes that are formed inside the cylinder. The toasting phase is checked by means of a sample-taking light. The unloading of the finished product is facilitated by a mechanical / automatic system that will lift the machine from the rear.
Process management is regulated by electronic temperature and burner control.
The toaster can be equipped with a cooling carousel that allows the product that comes out of the roaster to be cooled homogeneously and faster, thus managing to maintain the homogeneity of the finished product.
