ROLLERCUT_CRISPY Plus
Cooled table with a cooling system through a refrigerator unit and a heating system that allow you to choose the temperature of the worktop, equipped with carved sides for the passage of the circular blades, suitable for cooling, flattening and cutting crisp, crunchy energy bars, barley sweets and similar products.
The sides will be as high as the height of the size of the product to be made.
The table can be equipped / completed with two cutting groups with circular blades whose task is to cut the product “sticks” of the desired size, longitudinally and transversely.
