Automatic machine for cutting aerated pasta specific for cutting nougat.

This cutter is of the circular single-blade type equipped with a movable carriage where the product to be cut will be positioned. The width of the product will be chosen through an adjustment rod. Finally, by pressing the start cycle button, the machine will start cutting the product while a conveyor belt will evacuate the cut product.

When the product on the trolley is exhausted, the machine will end the cycle and stop to allow the loading of new product.

The machine is designed to accommodate a nougat bread with a maximum size of 400×500 mm which will be manually inserted into the machine. Structure in stainless steel for food use with high resistance blade. Feeding and cutting of the product at variable speed.
