Professional nougat for medium and large productions, built entirely in stainless steel for food use for the production of “bain marie” nougat.

The tank has a double wall, the bain-marie heating system with a food liquid capable of reaching a temperature of 140 ° C without boiling and allows the product to be processed at the desired temperature without any control by the operator.

Removable spatula-mixer and rotating head to facilitate the unloading of the product.

Special construction techniques give the cooker perfect stability and absence of vibrations.

The machine allows the preparation of:

  • Nougat: soft or crumbly
  • Cereal bars
