Automatic plant for large-scale production of nougat, energy bars, cereal bars, crispy brittle.
The only manual operation to be carried out on this plant is the first phase of insertion of the finished product into the machine itself: still in paste form, it must be placed in the special laminator (1st phase: from paste to sheet of the desired thickness).

Then, in the case of nougat, it passes through the appropriate wafer-laying unit. Then it will go into the cooling or heating tunnel – respectively if the product is soft or crumbly – in order to bring the product to the optimum temperature for cutting.

Thanks to a special and innovative cutting concept, the products processed by this plant are always regular and with minimum waste.
