Electrical top table praline machine perfect for making caramelized and savory dried fruit with recipes based on spices such as curry, turmeric, paprika, wasabi and similars. It features a copper bowl speed regulator and electrical resistances. The bowl, with internal whiskers, is made of copper so it can reach temperatures above 160°C through heating elements around the bowl.
Production capacity: 8-10 kg per production cycle of approximately 25 minutes.
Thanks to the advanced Rollermac Boscolo technology, the praline maker features the patented PLUS system to automatically unload the finished product.
