Praline machine for making caramelized and salted dried fruit with recipes based on spices such as curry, turmeric, paprika, wasabi, and similar. Equipped with a touchscreen to adjust the speed of the copper bowl, software for saving recipes, and management of the SWING continuous tilt system to automate product mixing.
A front-mounted gas burner control valve allows for better monitoring.
The bowl, with internal whiskers, is made of copper so it can work in contact with the burner flame, reaching temperatures above 160°C.
Production capacity of 40/45 kg per production cycle of approximately 25 minutes.
Thanks to Rollermac Boscolo's advanced technology, the praline machine features the patented PLUS system for automatically unloading the finished product. With its new frame, the praline machine allows for the addition of a conveyor belt underneath the copper bowl to automatically direct the product to the packaging unit.
