This table top praline is perfect for making caramelized and savory dried fruit with recipes based on spices like curry, turmeric, paprika, wasabi, and the like. It features a copper bowl speed regulator and a rear valve to control the power of the gas burner. The bowl, with internal whiskers, is made of copper so it can work in contact with the burner flame, reaching temperatures over 160°C. The protective casing prevents overheating. It has a production capacity of 1.5 kg per production cycle of approximately 25 minutes.
