ROLLERSWEET 20 Plus

Praline machine for making caramelized and salted dried fruit with recipes based on spices such as curry, turmeric, paprika, wasabi, and the like. Equipped with a touchscreen to adjust the speed of the copper bowl, software for saving recipes, and management of the SWING continuous tilt system to automate product mixing.
A front-mounted gas burner control valve allows for better monitoring.
The bowl, with internal whiskers, is made of copper so it can work in contact with the burner flame, reaching temperatures above 160°C.
Production capacity of 20/25 kg per production cycle of approximately 25 minutes.
Thanks to the advanced Rollermac Boscolo technology, the praline machine features the patented PLUS system to automatically discharge the finished product directly into the discharge tray.
