Table top cutting machine with a 50x40cm work table for cutting nougat, protein bars, and similar products. The operator presses the blade buttons with both hands and, by moving the work table forward, directs the product toward the blade, producing various shapes. The work table can be tilted to accommodate the type of format required, whether nougat strips or smaller nougat bars. A support table can be added upon request to move the cutter around the workshop, as well as Teflon coating for the work table if working with very dense products.
