ROLLERCOOK 30 Plus
Universal nougat cooker designed to produce all types of nougat in the same bowl without having to beat egg whites in a planetary mixer or cook honey on an induction hob. The double-walled heating system allows the machine to reach a working temperature of 130°C, allowing for optimal egg white whipping thanks to the round bottom of the stainless steel bowl and the iconic Rollermac Boscolo spatula. The recipe can be managed directly from the touchscreen, adjusting the cooking temperature and spatula speed. With Rollermac Boscolo's patented PLUS system, the operator can automatically unload the product by adjusting the inclination from the machine's touchscreen, making bowl cleaning easier and speeding up production times. The structure is mounted on wheels, making it easy to move the machine around the laboratory and for demonstrations in public places such as supermarkets and trade shows. The 60-liter bowl can produce 30-32 kg of soft nougat.
