ROLLERCOOK 30

Nougat maker designed to produce all types of nougat in the same bowl, without having to beat egg whites in a stand mixer or cook honey on an induction hob. The double-walled heating system allows the machine to reach a working temperature of 130°C, allowing for optimal egg white whipping thanks to the rounded bottom of the stainless steel bowl and the iconic Rollermac Boscolo spatula.
You can manage the recipe directly from the touchscreen, adjusting the cooking temperature and spatula speed.
The machine is mounted on wheels to make it easy to move around the lab and for demonstrations in public places such as supermarkets and trade shows. The bowl has a capacity of 60 liters, producing 30–32 kg of soft nougat.
