Electric top table combined panning machine that offers the option of using both copper and stainless steel batches to produce praline, salted, and chocolate-covered nuts. The bowl's quick-release system allows the operator to remove and add the two bowls depending on the type of production required. For chocolate, the stainless steel bowl is used, with the ventilation unit cooling the product. The copper bowl can be used for sugar and salted coatings, heating via heating elements around the bowl. Production capacity: 1.5 kg/h for chocolate and 3 kg/h for sugar and salted coatings.
