COMBINED PANNING MACHINES
Rollermac Boscolo offers a unique system in the confectionery industry that combines Rollerchoco coating technology with Rollersweet models for the production of caramelized and salted nuts, including Rollerchocosweet combination versions featuring interchangeable steel bowls for the chocolate and copper bowls for cooking the sugar.
Two models are available:
- Rollerchocosweet_3 countertop model, with a capacity of 1.5 kg per production cycle (the electric version Rollerchocosweet_3 E is also available)
- Rollerchocosweet_15 PLUS laboratory model, with a capacity of 15 kg/h of finished product (the electric version Rollerchocosweet_15 PLUS-E is also available)
The machine includes the Rollerspray_9 nebulization system, which allows you to coat nuts with chocolate and sugar syrup by setting parameters such as the amount of chocolate/sugar syrup to be atomized, the timing of addition, and the amount of air present in the chocolate, ensuring uniform coating of the entire product in the tank. This system allows the machine to operate automatically, without the need for an operator, dispensing the product in grams, covering each individual product with the same amount of atomized liquid. The bowls are easily interchangeable by the operator thanks to the quick-release system for removing and adding the bowls. The combined version is equipped with our patented PLUS automatic tipping system, which speeds up product unloading and facilitates cleaning.
