Machines for the production of nougat. Production output 150 kg of finished product.
Nougat dough takes place in the stainless steel tank, the double-jacket of which is filled with food liquid heated up to 140°C.  Product processing takes place at the required temperature with no need of control by the operator.  A thermostat controls processing temperature and production speed is controlled by an inverter. A digital timer allows programming of burner and arm start-up hour. The result is a homogeneous dough, rich with low-humidity air, that keeps unchanged the characteristics of utilized row materials.
Automatic processing management in the two product cooking phases, with possibility to set running times and speed. The operator sets the required working programme and data are displayed on the display. The machines are projeted to ensure reliability, solidity and a complete absence of vibrations. Double control panel - Steam heating or GPL Gas/Methane heating. Stainless steel structure - Variable revolution speed - Double arm central shaft - Phases display.

NOUGAT MACHINE TYPE DAVI 150 SR
The same general description of the machine model DAVI 150, but the SR version is also equipped with an oleodynamic group to lift head, complete with mechanically revolving tank.
