Machines for the production of nougat. Production output 80/83 kg of finished product.
Nougat dough takes place in the stainless steel tank, the double-jacket of which is filled with food liquid heated up to 130°C. A thermostat controls processing temperature. Production speed is controlled by an inverter. The result is a homogeneous dough, rich with low-humidity air, that keeps unchanged the characteristics of utilized row materials. Removable spatula-mixer - Swivel Head. The machines are projected to ensure reliability, solidity and a complete absence of vibrations. Heating: Steam or PLG gas/Methane
